Byte Back had their end of session graduation on December 17, 2010. They were a finalist for the Post's best non-profit this past year and it was an uplifting start to my day. The paid staff of under ten truly stretches the donated and granted dollar a great distance as the core group of technology teachers are all volunteers, many of them former students.
The organization's mission is to "improve economic opportunity for low-income residents of the Washington, DC area by providing computer training and employment readiness skills."
